P2 Safe Salad Dressings

Strawberry Dressing 1-2 cloves garlic 1/2 C Balsamic Vinegar 5-6 big strawberries 1 pack Saccharin or your choice of sweetener dash of salt juice of 1/2 lime Combine in blender and serve Spicy Chipotle Dressing -Great on a Taco Salad or as a Veggie Dip 1 tub of fat free sour cream 1/4 C or more skim milk chipotle spice garlic powder crushed red pepper 1 or more limes salt I use this as a dipping sauce for Asparagus while on P2.
