I got this idea from my husbands Aunt Juanita who is also on this diet and doing very well. To be honest this didn't sound all that spectacular to me but then I gave it a try and OMG. This is virtually calorie free and full of flavor! It was so good I had to add it to my blog and share with everyone!
2 tablespoons cocoa powder
2 tablespoons splenda or your choice of sweetener to taste
