This was a simple last minute meal that was very satisfying and resulted in a loss the next morning, I just sliced up chicken breast and added it to sauteed onions and yellow peppers. Sprinkle garlic, pepper, salt, and when its almost done cooking add the juice of 1 lime and toss until chicken is cooked and browned. This was about 1 cup of green beans sprinkled with parmesan and the drink is fresh strawberries blended with the juice of 1 lemon and crystal light. The sugar free jello was a snack I had for only 10 calories and it helps to keep me on track.
